Courtroom 600

About Our Partnership

Danny Spungen was introduced to Laurie Pasler (Project Director of Courtroom 600) in May 2025 through family friend Rochelle Rainey (daughter of Holocaust survivor Magda Brown). Laurie has a significant collection of artifacts related to the Nuremberg Trials. The artifacts had belonged to her father, but Laurie was unaware of his involvement working in an administration position during the Nuremberg Trials until after his passing in 2015 when she came into possession of the artifacts. This discovery of her father’s hidden past sent Laurie down a path of learning all she could about Nuremberg, and eventually spurred the creation of her non-profit organization, Courtroom 600, named for the room in which the Trials took place.

Courtroom 600 is working to develop curriculum for today’s classrooms, combining narrative podcasts, photo galleries, and primary artifacts to analyze the Nuremberg Trials and apply the historical lessons to today.
